- Help plan this business

to showcase to the
community what businesses
and services are available
locally.
Duathlon
- This annual community
bike and run event
raises funds for Chamber
projects. Committee
members recruit race-day
volunteers and solicit
sponsors.
BBQ
at Northfield Park
– This fall
event is one of our
most popular. Ribs,
chicken, micro-brew
beer and the races!
Tickets must be sold
and race sponsors
found.
Chamber
Annual Awards
– Format being
changed. New ideas
appreciated
Golf
Outing -
This committee plans
and organizes our
Annual Golf Outing.
You may serve as a
planning committee
member or as a volunteer
the day of the event.
You will be recruiting
hole sponsors, door
prizes and volunteers.
Holiday
Party - This
committee plans and
organizes this end
of year event with
a raffle and food
collection for the
Emergency Assistance
Center
Membership
Committee/Ambassador
Committee
- This committee evaluates
benefits and works
on member retention
ideas. They also plan
and organize a membership
campaign to recruit
new NHCOC members.
This committee is
also our Ambassador
Committee who welcomes
all new Members. Serves
as greeters at our
different functions.
Also coordinates visits
to all our Members.
Nominating
Committee
- This committee forms
in January to select
candidates for a nomination
slate of Board Members
presented at the April
Lunch Meeting.
Finance
Committee
– Members oversee
the financial operations
of the Chamber, acting
with the Treasurer
as advisors to the
Chamber.
Scholarship
Committee -
This committee plans
and organizes the
scholarships that
are given out to Nordonia
Hills graduating seniors.
With other committee
members you will help
choose the recipients
of these scholarships
as well as donations
for the Annual Expo
Scholarship Raffle. |
