Captain of the U.S. Army and a war hero,
but a local hero as well. She is a
proud supporter of Cleaning for a Reason
Foundation, which cleans for women
undergoing treatment for cancer.
Fighting cancer is difficult enough, but
living with it is even tougher - and
that's where the Cleaning for A Reason
Foundation steps in. This newly formed
nonprofit offers free professional
housecleaning services to improve the
lives of women undergoing treatment for
cancer. Rhonda’s commitment to the
foundation takes on a very special
meaning as her grandmother was a victim

City of
Macedonia, Parks and Recreation
Department is hosting the First 2008
Scorchin’ Summer Classic (grass
volleyball tournament) on July 19 at
Longwood Park. Chris Griffith is
looking for prizes, goodie bag items and
sponsors. The mission of this
tournament is to start a Youth
Volleyball Program for the Nordonia
